Abstract
Studies on inclusion mechanism of 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandro-grapholide and β-cyclodextrin in the inclusion ratio, the molecular interaction between host and guest, inclusion part and stability of inclusion compound. The formation of inclusion compound was confirmed by DTA;the equilibrium constants of inclusion compound was determined by UV and the calculated thermodynamic constants through Ka of various temperature;inclusion parts were confirmed by the 1H-NMR and IR.The results indicated that inclusion host-guest ratio is 1∶1,van der Waals forces play a major role in the process, inclusion site is five yuan lactone ring and decalin ring, the inclusion compound is more stable under normal temperature.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
