Theoretical Development and Path Choice of the Administrative System Reform in China——A Review

The administrative system reform has been the key link of Chinese systematic change. In- depth and Multi- angle researches on the theories and methods of administrative system have been conducted by international and domestic academics. Successful experiments have also been done in some developed western countries. This thesis sorts out and integrates the theories,research methods,practices and literature of the administrative system reform. It puts forward that positioning government functions clearly and reasonably and implementing the fundamental change of government functions will be the two key problems to break through in China's administrative system reform. What's more,the path choice for China's administrative system reform is to establish the law- controlled government,service- oriented government,responsible government,and efficient government.
