Study on the supersonic extraction of the saponins from Momordica charantia L.

Abstract

We extracted the total saponins from momordica charanti L.through the single factor and orthogonal test,the result showed that the supersonic extraction conditions was: alcohol concentration: 75%,time,30 min,the ratio of the material to the regent: 1∶30.After comparing the ordinary extraction with the supersonic extraction,we found that the extraction rate of the saponins were almost the same by ordinary extracting 120min and the supersonic extracting 30min.This result further verified the superiority of the supersonic extraction.
