Abstract
In this article we firstly used a novel method(column extraction)to extract saponins from Momordica charantia.L.On the basis of single factor test, we did orthogonal experiment and found the optimum conditions of extraction: ethanol concentration 70%,the extracting temperature 75℃,the velocity of flow 4.5 BV/h,the column extracting time 250 minutes and the extraction percent of saponins was 4.198%.We used Matlab software to obtain good results through simulating the flux curves.At last,we studied the primary principle of the column extraction,too.
