Abstract

The author thinks that we should not only explore the legal aid system in China in the aspect of specific system,but should explore it on a theoretical basis.At present there are few fundamental,pioneering and innovative studies on the theory of legal aid system in academic circle.The leading function of the theory has not been fully displayed.In this case,the author tries to explore the theoretical basis of legal aid system in a harmonious society in such respects as the basis of value,economy,politics and humanity.
