The clinical application of cystatinc and urine microalbum in type 2 diabetes of early renal damage

Objective To explore the necessity and significance combined detection serum CYSC and mALB in in the type 2 diabetic patients(T2DM) with early renal damage.Methods 118 cases of type 2 diabetes in hospital according to the discretion of HBA1c into good control group(group A) and poor control group(group B),79 patients healthy check-up crowd as control group,were determined CYSC HBA1c,urine mALB,Ucr,.Results 1.The CYSC and mALB/ Ucr of diabetic group compared with control group are significant difference(P 0.05).2.mALB/Ucr and CYSC in each group with the relevant analysis shows that with the increase of urinary mALB/Ucr serum CYSC significantly increased(P 0.05),both were positively correlated.3.In diabetic group CYSC and mALB/Ucr could all alone increased(P 0.05),Among them CYSC 82 cases,mALB/Ucr 81 cases,combining both tested positie for 76.27%.Conclusion serum CYSC and urine mALB/Ucr is diagnosed with early renal damage with a sensitive index,Through the mALB/Ucr and CYSC found early renal change can improve the sensitivity of early diabetic renal damage
