Abstract

Objective To study the expression and significance of Survivin、Caspase-3 and NF-kBp65 in tumorigenesis of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of Survivin,Caspase-3 and NF-κBp65 were detected by in colorectal adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa SABC immunohistochemical assay. Results The expression of Survivin and NF-κBp65 increased in colorectal adenocarcinoma and had a significant difference from normal colorectal mucosa and colorectal adenoma(P0.013).The expression of Caspase-3 decreased in colorectal adenocarcinoma and had a significant difference from normal colorectal mucosa and colorectal adenoma(P0.013).The expression of Survivin and NF-κBp65 were higher in moderate and poor differentiation degree than those in high differentiation degree in colorectal adenocarcinoma(P0.05).The expression of Caspase-3 was lower in moderate and poor differentiation degree than those in high differentiation degree in colorectal adenocarcinoma(P0.05).The expression of Survivin was significant negative correlate with Caspase-3 in colorectal adenocarcinoma(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of Survivin and NF-κBp65 increases in colorectal adenocarcinoma.Survivin and NF-κBp65 closely correlates to tumorigenesis of colorectal adenocarcinoma. The Survivin and NF-κBp65 increases while the colorectal adenocarcinoma differentiation degree's depressed,it indicated that the high expression of Survivin and NF-κBp65 may be the reflection of colorectal adenocarcinoma's malignant feature. The expression of Survivin in carcinoma is negative related to the expression of Caspase-3.It confered that Survivin could restrain the activation of Caspase-3,and promote the development.
