Abstract
The biological characteristics of Ramularia lithospermi Petr.were studied. The results showed as follows: There were differences on mycelial growth in different culture media. The mycelial growth was optimum on the culture medium of Leaf+PDA.The range of suitable temperature was 5~30℃,the optimum temperature was 25℃;the mycelial lethal temperature was 48℃ for 10min;there were evident differences on mycelial growth in nitrogen sources;the optimum nitrogen sources was poptone. The mycelial could growth with the treatments from pH3 to pH11,grow well from pH5 to pH6.The range of temperature for conidia germination was 10~30℃,with optimum of 20℃.Carbon sources did not affect the rate of conidia germination;the rate of conidia germination was lower in nitrogen sources except for poptone. The conidia could germinate with the treatments form pH2 to pH11 more suitable from pH4 to pH5,and the conidium lethal temperature was 46℃ for 10min.
