Abstract

Since the specialties of medicine and the duality of medical lawsuit application have been formulated,it was proved the advantage of ADR in medical disputes not only because of the compatibility of alternative dispute resolution with medicine in itself,but also the defect of medical malpractice suit and spontaneous spawning of ADR in society.It was suggested that the government should take advantage of great demands of ADR in medical disputes,and support the constructing of ADR mechanism for the sake of a more harmonious society.
