Abstract
Objective To explore influence of behavioral intervention on post-operative voiding way of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods The hospitalized patients with elective surgery were randomly divided into supine urination group(study group)and routine education group(control group)and their postoperative urination ways including autonomic micturation, induced urination or catheterization were compared between them. Results All the patients in study group did autonomic micturation;autonomic micturation rate of control group differed significantly from study group(P0.01);the first voiding time of study group shortened statistically compared with control group(P0.01).Conclusion Behavioral intervention for urination training 2-3 days before surgery can promote normal autonomic micturation of patients with lumbar disc herniation in supine position.
