Abstract
Objective: To reduce the occurence of retention of urine in patients with lumbar disc herniation by urination training before and after operation then improve the comfort for them.Method: 200 cases with lumbar disc herniation were divided into experiment and control group.The patients in experiment group were trained for urination in laying opsition 3 days before operation and the pshchological nursing and other nursing intervention were adopted after operation.While,the patients in control group were given the normal nursing.Result: There's significant difference between the time of first and last urination in experinent group,the time of first urination between two groups,and there's also difference in the cases of dysuria and ruinary retention.Conclusion: Nursing intervention can reduce obviously the dysuria and ruinary retention in the surgery patients with lumbar disc herniation.
