Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) for treatment of different degrees myopia. Methods According to the degree of myopia and astigmation, patients were divided into group A(-6.00D),group B(-6.00~10.00D),group C(-10.00D),and LASIK was performed in them with Schwind Esiris,a small,flying-spot excimer laser. Results At three months,it was found that 99.47% of the eyes in group A,82.93% in group B and 52.63% in group C had the uncorrected visual acuity of 1.0 or more;100% in group A,97.56% in group B and 89.47% in group C and 0.5 or more.Refractive degrees was stable between 1 to 3 months. No eyes lost more than 2 lines of BCVA.No severe complications occurred. Conclusion Using LASIK to treatment different degree myopia is secure, effective and divinable, especially in the group of mild-midder myopia.
