Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of LASIK in treating myopia. Methods The eyes(total 2487 eyes) were devided into three groups:the refractive error for the group 1 was-1.00 D—-6.00 D;the group 2:-6.25 D—-12.00 D and group 3:-12.25 D—(-20.00 D).After opeation the data of the three groups were recorded and analyzed. Results The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity (0.8) was 98.44%;94.11% and 63.23%in the group1,2 and 3 respectively. Conclusions LASIK can be an effective and safe procedure for correcting slight, mild and high myopia.
