Abstract
objective: To observe the influence of Qingre Jiedu method on IL-6,IL-8 cells in rats with gastric ulcers due to acetic acid. Methods: 60 healthy rats of SPF Wister were randomly divided into normal group,model group,omeprazole group,xiaoyongkuidekang group,qingre jiedu group. To make model by rats with gastric ulcers due to acetic acid,the rats were killed in the 12 th day after continuous treatment. To taken out ulcer site and surrounding tissue,the contents of IL-6 and IL-8 were detected by ELISA. Results: compared with the normal group,the contents of IL-8 and IL-6 in model group were increased( P 0. 01); compared with the model group,these contents in omeprazole group,xiaoyongkuidekang group and qingre jiedu group were significantly decreased( P 0.01); compared with omeprazole group,the IL-6 contents of xiaoyongkuidekan group were increased( P 0. 01),IL-8 decreased( but P 0. 05,no statistical significance),the contents of IL-6 and IL-8 in qingre jiedu group were increased( P 0. 01); compared with xiaoyongkuidekang group,the contents of IL-6( P 0. 05) and IL-8( P 0. 01)) in qingre jiedu group were increased. Conclusion: One of mechanisms of qingre jiedu method for treatment of gastric ulcers is to reduce the levels of IL-6,IL-8 cells.
