The Application for TAP3 in China Telecom Inter-provincial Voice Roaming

Since China telecom prepared to undertake CDMA network,the questions that the Telecom Billing manager must be faced are:As the charging basis, how do the call-detail-record of roaming mobile interactive between provinces? Which information need to be transmitted, how is interactive process and how to accomplish the entire network interactive? All these questions were not existed when China Telecom had only fixed telephone business.Through the research on the mature international roaming agreement TAP3(GSM network), features, structures, data exchange processes, combined with the practice of China Telecom,the roaming agreement between the provinces of China Telecom was made(copy from TAP3).The agreement has stipulated the normal procedure that the data transmit, unusual procedure, code way, the content transmitted, frequency, etc.China Telecom is the first carrier who have begun to use this set of agreement on the network operation.
