Abstract

Great impacts on the business model of traditional communications industry have been caused by Mobile Internet. This paper analyzes the features of Mobile Internet and telecom operators, and proposes that network should be of top priority for telecom operators, related fields should be involved, open strategies should be implemented, structure of organization should be optimized.
