Abstract
Fructose was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and glycol using noibic acid as catalyst.Various factors that effect the condensation yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:ethyl acetoacetate:glycol is 1.0mol∶1.5mol;the mass fraction of catalyst is 1.4%;the volume fraction of agent to remove water is 42.2%;reaction temperature is reflux temperature, reaction time is 2.5h.The yield is above 84.8%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
