Abstract

In the present paper Zhuang Zis liberalism is discussed in terms of the freedom in individuals, thoughts, politics and economy. Then the present article points out that the Chinese culture is characterized with liberalism from the very beginning, and that thus Zhuang Zi has his own important role in the history of liberalism.
