Abstract

Zhuang Zi's paid close attention to the philosophy of life. In his opinion, the pain of life is rooted in the adverse circumstances, which have been caused by the opposition between the subject and the object. So Zhuang Zi's philosophy focuses on the exploration of the ways fo abolish the opposition between the subject and the object. According to him, a man must be quite satisfied with his fate, obedient to the object, yielding the subject, and then he can get a free and unfettered life.
