Abstract

Objective Our anorectal diseases treatment centre had treated 40 patients with outlet obstructive constipation treated by Titanoreine combined with biofeedback from June 2009 to June 2010.Methods The results showed that this treatment could statistically improve defecate difficulty, dry stool, anus falling and bulge et al,and reduce orally cathartic and enteroclys times, the effective rate was 71%.This treatment had no side effects. Results The results of anorectal manometry and pelvic floor electromyography before and after treatment showed that after the treatment rectum capacity threshold increased(P0.05),anal resting and systolic pressure was obviously lower than that of before treatment(P0.01),bradytelic coefficient of analcanal voluntary muscle(puborectalis, external sphincter) myoelectric activity was obviously lower(P0.05),rectum minimum appreciable amount, defecate appreciable amount, maximum tolerance amount obviously increased(P0.05).Conclusions The treatment of Titanoreine combined with biofeedback on outlet obstructive constipation has exact effect and is worthy to be popularized.
