Chuang Tzu's Manner and Its Social Causes

Traditionally Chuang Tzu is often regarded as a person who can be self-satisfied and his thoughts are summarized into nihilism.But this view is one-sided.In fact,Chuang Tzu had much deeper feeling of care and sorrows for the universe,society and human life than ordinary people.Not only was he a giant of thoughts,but also a person who made the break with the secular society by his behaviors and maintained his own personality bravely.These behaviors of Chuang Tzu presented a attractive manner.Chuang Tzu’s manner had deep social causes and it was a protest against the secular society in essence.
