Abstract
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis value of serum ischemia modified albumin(IMA)、high sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods The 70patients with coronary artery disease were divided into three groups:the stable angina pectoris(SAP) 25cases,the unstable angina pectoris(UAP)28cases,the acute myocardial infarction(AMI)22cases,and select the healthy control group 25subjects.The levels of four groups' IMA、hs-CRP and cTnI were detected and Compared. Results The levels of three indicators of the AMI group were significantly increased(P0.01)and the levels of IMA、hs-CRP of the UAP group were significantly higher than those the control group and the SAP group(P0.01);Compared with the UAP group, the levels of hs-CRP and cTnI were significantly higher in AMI group(P0.01),while the level of IMA there was no significantly difference(P0.05);The levels of three indicators were no significantly difference between SA group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion IMA can be a sensitive diagnosis indicator of acute myocardial ischemia.Joint detection the levels of serum IMA、hsCRP、cTnI can be used to estimate the extent of myo-cardial injury, and play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment.
