Abstract

Administrative enforcement has an important meaning to government according to law. At present, there are some problems in administrative enforcement. In order to solve these problems, we must improve administrative legislation, reform enforcement system, better the quality of law enforcers, strengthen supervision and enhance the awareness of law of the people.
