The administrative enforcement system is an essential institution in the administrative activities of a country.Not only is it very useful to the enforcement of law and the effective operation of administrative power,but also it is conducive to maintaining social order and safeguarding public interest.With regard to the enforce-ment practices in our country,there are some defects in China’s administrative enforcement system,such as the lack of relevant legislation pertaining to administrative enforcement,the ill-defined jurisdiction of enforcement,and the difficulties in the process of law enforcement.
