Analysis of Efficiency Evaluation and Evolution of Large-Medium Industrial Enterprises' Technological Innovation in Shaanxi Based on DEA

Abstract
Taking large-medium industrial enterprises in Shaanxi during the period of 2003-2010as research subjects and based on the establishment of technological innovation evaluation system,this paper uses DEA method to evaluate large-medium industrial enterprises' technological innovation efficiency.Studies have shown that conversion efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the phase of technology conversion are better than those in the phase of technology development.Technology conversion efficiency is significantly higher than technology development efficiency.The efficiency of technological innovation is gradually increasing with the evolution of time.Pure technical efficiency surpasses the scale efficiency in two stages,and scale efficiency is the main factor influencing the innovation efficiency.
