Abstract
It is found that there are totally 478 species medicinal plants belonging to 123 families and 356 genera distributing on the islands around Hainan Island through field investigation,identification and statiotics.The suggestion on the exploitation and utilization of the resources of medicinal plants is also proposed,thus providing a base for study and rational utilization of the resources.
