Objective:To explore the implementation high quality nursing service practice method and effect.Method:In hospital,propaganda to carry outquality caremeaning,to determine the 4 sections of quality care demonstration area,and then in the hospital carried out within the framework quality care activities.Measures include:The implementation nurse responsibility responsibility;Improving the care the rational utilization human resources;Family nursing service;Continuously perfect incentive mechanism to improve the result nurses.Result:Nursing staff 's whole quality,the nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Conclusion:The high quality nursing service,to make patients,hospitals,community,governments have satisfactory effect.
