Russia's Antidumping Frictions since the Foundation of WTO and Its Enlightenment

Since WTO's founding,when most countries have frequently taken antidumping measures to protect their domestic industries,making the international antidumping frictions increasingly intense,Russia rarely initiates antidumping against its imports.Just the reverse,Russia is one of the countries subjecting to most antidumping cases in the world.Therefore,its antidumping frictions are quite different from those of other countries and regions.From the characteristics of Russia's antidumping frictions and the causes for them,some beneficial enlightenment can be drawn for China in dealing with increasingly serious global antidumping frictions against China.
