Abstract
Objective: To study the best extraction technology of total alkaloids from mulberry leaves by orthogonal design.Method:The extraction technology of total alkaloids from mulberry leaves was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction time and the amount of solvent as factors and with the content of total alkaloids as index.Result:The optimum extraction condition was that the materials were extracted for 1 hour with 12 times amout of water. Conclusion:The technology after optimization had a good stability, the yield of total alkaloids was high, and the method was easy to be operated.
