Abstract

Objective To analysis the distribution and resistance of staphylococcus from nosocomial infection for the clinical rational use of antibiotic. Methods 298 strains of Staphylococcus isolated from clinical samples were identified with VITEK-32 automated microbial evaluation instrument and performed drug susceptibility test, respectively. Results Of the 298 strains of Staphylococcus,159 strains(53.4%)were Staphylococcus aureus and 139 strains(46.6%)were coagulase negative Staphylococcus(CNS).Most CNS were Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus hemolyticus.Surgery was the most common infectious department. The resistant rate of Staphylococcus to amoxicillin/clavulanate,clindamycin,erythromycin,cefazolin,oxacillin,and penicillin were higher than 80.0%.The susceptible rate to vancomycin was 100.0%.Conclusion Most of staphylococcus in nosocomial infection resists most drugs, but it is sensitive to vancomycin.
