Research of Objects Not Applicable to the Protection of Copyright Law

The system of objects of copyright occupies a very significant position in copyright law system.Object is the scope of rights protection.To clear the extent of the object,the scope of objects w hich are not applicable to copyright law protection is very important.The copyright law of our country has been amended for three times,and there are many aspects related to this.This article is based on the changes of the new law,and concentrates on the range of objects w hich are not applicable to copyright law w ith the reasons of that,and it also puts forw ard personal opinion and evaluation of the modification.
