On the Relationship between Content of Works and Copyright Protection

Scholars have already come to an agreement on the protection object stipulated by copyright law along with the improvement of the copyright law system,that is,copyright law protects the form of works instead of its contents.This is also so-called problem of separation of content from expression form.However,the author maintains that content should also be the protection object of copyright law,at least in certain situation.Therefore,both expression form and content should be the protection object of copyright law.
