In 21st century college education, The core problem of the view of talents, quality is to cultivate and train the high-qualified persons with innovative spirits and ability. according to disadvantages on educational idea, educational system, educational structure, education content, educational method and talent training mode in Cultivating College Students' Innovation Ability in application type common university, The paper discusses how to effectively improve the creative ability of students' and engineering practice ability, cultivation mode of innovative talents is established in new time, based on cultivating Engineering Practice ability and innovation ability of Applied Undergraduates of mechanical engineering.
