Abstract
Currently, all colleges and universities attach great importance to training of students' comprehensive practical ability, instead of paying attention to training the ability of innovation and practice. In order to improve the ability of innovation and practice of Computer Undergraduate Students in application-oriented university, the paper analyzes the present situation of the innovation ability of undergraduate computer talent, summarizes the requirement of cultivating innovative ability of applied talents, puts forward the organization system of the cultivation of innovation and practice ability, and statements the exploration and practice of training about the ability of innovation and practice for students.
