The construction of the supporting system of talents,as a key factor in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu coastal areas and a core problem in promoting the competitiveness of the coastal areas of Jiangsu,is of great strategic significance. The focus of the construction in the new period includes:Following the law of talent supply and demand and constructing a financial security system with depth of combination of talent and capital; Following the law of talent flow and constructing a market- oriented regional talent flow configuration system; Following the law of talent competition and constructing a service management system which is helpful to attract talent aggregation.
