The repair and reconstruction full layer defect of eyelids.

Abstract
To discuss the methods on repair of full layer eyelid defect. Methods Replace the inner layer of eyelid by mucoperiosteum of eyelid was replaced by orbicularis oculi or together with its skin. Results A11 of the 21 cases had good results. 2 cases were undergone cornea transplantation and the visions were restored. Conclusions The eyelid could be repaired by nasal septum, corneal transplantation could be done together with th repair of eyelid.
