The Outputs and Ability of Scientific Research of Agricultural University Libraries

Abstract

Scientific research papers which were published by the libraries in China's 22 agriculture colleges and universities were analyzed on the numbers of papers,source journals,academic influence and the scientific research cooperation of librarians.The analysis data come from Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Chinese Citation Database.According to the analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to upgrade the scientific research abilities and academic levels of librarians,how to promote the integration development of the information service and scientific research in the libraries of forestry colleges and universities.
