Abstract
The fact labor relationship is a kind of accomplished,objective and existent labor relation,that of the important aspect of the labor relations adjusted by the labor law.The fact labor relation had no written labor contract is a typical model.The shortage and blemish of the current labor contract system are the main reason that the fact labors relations occur in great quantities.The essence of fact labor relation consists in a maintenance and carrying out the legal rights of the labourer,pursuing substantial labor equity.
