Abstract
The cognizance and applying of the fact labor relationship in China are somewhat disordered.Labors' rights are not efficiently protected in the fact labor relationship.This article tries to analyze the existing problems in dealing with the fact labor relationship in China before the related Labor Contract Law put into practice.
