Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises have already become the important component of our national economy, but the fund bottleneck of them has hampered enterprise's progress seriously at present. This paper attempts to analyze the financing channel result of small and medium-sized enterprises and advantage of the private bank, thus proves the rationality of our country developing the private financial institution to solve financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.
