Abstract
In order to broaden the financing channel of medium-sized and small enterprises, it is necessary not only to improve their macro financing environment but also to speed micro-practice. Only through the close cooperation between government, banks and enterprises can an effective financing mechanism for medium-sized and small enterprises be established, so as to solve the financing difficulties of medium-sized and small enterprises.
