Abstract
According to the present situation of the imperfect teaching quality monitoring system,new-upgraded undergraduate colleges should reform on three aspects: strengthening teaching quality consciousness,reforming teaching quality monitoring methods and building new teaching quality monitoring systems.That can optimize the inner teaching quality guarding system so as to form a stable system for teaching quality and improve the quality of talents training.
