The Construction of Teaching Quality Controlling System in Teaching & Research University

In order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching,the construction and improvement of teaching quality monitoring system is urgent.Based on the undergraduate teaching management and reform in Henan Polytechnic University,this paper discusses the impact of internal and external factors on quality of undergraduate teaching,and explores how to build quality monitoring system of undergraduate teaching,which includes monitoring institutions,monitoring object and monitoring means.It describes the organizational structure and operation mode of monitoring system,put forwards a full range of dynamic teaching quality control measures and means in Henan Polytechnic University.The results shows that teaching dynamic monitoring system is crucial to improve the undergraduate teaching quality in teaching researching university.
