Strengthening teaching quality management to improve talents training

Undergraduate education is an important part in higher education and the central undertaking of undergraduate at colleges and universities.For improving the quality of the whole higher education,it is vital and crucial to better undergraduate education.Strengthening teaching quality administration is the core in the management of colleges and universities.In this paper,four measures of strengthening the administration of teaching quality and improving the quality of talent cultivation are proposed.Firstly,renew educational conception and intensify consciousness of overall quality.Secondly,strengthen the administration of teaching process in order to ensure the quality of teaching links.Thirdly,construct a reasonable control system of teaching quality to ensure quality of talent cultivation.Finally,establish and perfect guarantee system of teaching quality for the purpose of ensuring the quality of educating and teaching effectively.
