Abstract
Based on the structure of hydraulic-driven manipulator controlled by programmable logic controller(PLC) and the working principle of hydraulic,the PLC control program was formulated according to the work flow of the hydraulic manipulator.Then,a suitable PLC model was selected,the PLC system I/O ports were assigned and the control program was made.The result shows that the hydraulic manipulator has advantages of easy operation,reliable running and good expansibility.
