Hydraulic Intelligent Manipulator Based on PLC

Abstract

AbstrcatIn the paper, the technology of PLC to control the hydraulic manipulator is proposed.The hydraulic manipulator can be used to assort the CNC machine to load or unload the work piece and the control mode can help the system to beintelligent and flexible.The work performance of manipulator is introduced. The structure, the hydraulic system and the control scheme of PLC are also discussed in detail.
