Abstract
A method of microwave digestion axial-view ICP-AES was applied to the determination of trace elements of heave metals such as lead, arseic, cadmium, copper and iron in tea.Operation parameters of ICP-AES and conditions were optimized and selected. The detection limits were Pb: 2.9×103 μg/mL,As: 5.2×103 μg/mL,Cd: 0.056×103 μg/mL,Cu: 0.55×103 μg/mL,Fe: 0.59×103 μg/mL.The RSDs were in the range of 1.7%~8.5% and the recoveries were in the range of 90%~104%.This method was compared with the national standard method and their resultes showed no significant difference from those of the national standard method. The resultes were satisfactory.
