Abstract
The samples were microwave-assistedly digested with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide for ICP-AES determination of zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, cadmium, and chromium and arsenic. The RSD was less than 6 %,and the spike recoveries were in 92.6 %-106 %.The determination of limits were within 0.764 μg/L-1.537μg/L.This method was fast, stable and accurate, and suitable for determination of the 7 heavy metal elements in food.
