Abstract

Objective: To analyse the methodologies and therapeutic effects of ally terbinafine with fluconazole treating fungal keratitis. Methods: In the collection of clinical cases, the patients were divided into two groups by random. The first group was given terbinafine combined with fluconazole to FK;and the second group was given only fluconazole. The effects and process were observed and recorded. Results: The number of fungal keratitis patients was 27.14 of 27 cases in the experimental group. The other 13 cases were in the control group. The cure rate of the experimental and control group were 71.43% and 30.77% respectively. The cure cycle of the experimental and the control group were 21.4 days and 23.1 days respectively. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of terbinafine combined with fluconazole to FK is better than that of only fluconazole.
