Abstract

Objective Explore endoscopic surgery elder patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps of the operation and treatment experiences and curative effect. Methods 45 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in elderly patients with practice endoscopic sinus surgery and follow-up,Clinical analysis. Results Cure rate of 71. 1% ,improvement rate of 22. 2%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery for elder patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is safe and effective.
